Animal Rehabilitation 2023

In 2023, the Houston Humane Wildlife Center completed 167 animal transports and received 12,037 calls about wildlife in need. The center also reunited 241 animals and rehabilitated 1,324 animals, including 70 bats, 100 doves, 497 opossums, 14 raptors, 299 songbirds, 230 squirrels, 3 snakes, 34 rabbits, 30 aquatic birds, and 44 turtles.
