Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 9 am - 3 pm
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 10am - 1pm

Although we strive to admit every animal that needs help, there are times when we are at capacity and are temporarily unable to accept certain species. Please call 713-468-8972 to verify that we have room for the animal and to make an appointment to drop it off. Walk-ins will be worked in after those with appointments.
